എം.ബി.ബി.എസ്/ബി.ഡി.എസ്. കോഴ്സുകൾക്ക് പ്രവേശന പരീക്ഷാ കമ്മീഷണറുടെ അലോട്ടുമെൻ്റ് വഴി, ഗവൺമൻ്റ് സീറ്റിലൂടെ സർക്കാർ മെഡിക്കൽ/ഡൻ്റൽ കോളേജുകളിൽ പ്രവേശനം നേടിയവർ, അവസാന അലോട്ടുമെൻ്റിനു ശേഷം, അതേ വർഷം, മറ്റ് കോഴ്സ്/കോളെജ് പ്രവേശനത്തിനോ മറ്റു കാരണങ്ങളാലോ അതേ വർഷം പഠനം ഉപേക്ഷിക്കുന്ന പക്ഷം, എം.ബി.ബി.എസ്- ന് 10 ലക്ഷം രൂപയും ബി.ഡി.എസ് - ന് 5 ലക്ഷം രൂപയും ലിക്വിഡേറ്റഡ് ഡാമേജസ് ആയി അടയ്ക്കണം [കീം 2020 പ്രോസ്പക്ടസ് ക്ലോസ് 12.2.4 (a) (ii) 1]. വാർഷിക കുടുംബവരുമാനം, നേറ്റിവിറ്റി, സംവരണ നില തുടങ്ങിയവയുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ ഒരിളവും ഒരാൾക്കും ലഭിക്കില്ല. ഇപ്രകാരം പിൻവാങ്ങുന്നവരെ എൻട്രൻസ് കമ്മീഷണർ നടത്തുന്ന പ്രവേശന പരീക്ഷ അഭിമുഖീകരിക്കുന്നതിൽ നിന്നോ, അലോട്ട്മെൻ്റ് പ്രക്രിയയിൽ നിന്നോ രണ്ടിൽ നിന്നുമോ, രണ്ടു വർഷത്തിൽ കവിയത്ത കാലത്തേക്ക് വിലക്കിയേക്കാം. പിഴ തുക അടയ്ക്കാത്ത പക്ഷം, അത് റവന്യു റിക്കവറി ആക്ട് പ്രകാരം ഈടാക്കാൻ നടപടി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതുമാണ്.
ആദ്യ വർഷത്തിനുശേഷം ഈ കോഴ്‌സുകളിൽ നിന്നും പിൻവാങ്ങിയാൽ, മുകളിൽ സൂചിപ്പച്ച ഈ വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ അനുസരിച്ചുള്ള പിഴയോ അവശേഷിക്കുന്ന കാലയളവിലേക്കുള്ള കോഴ്സ് ഫീസോ ഏതാണോ കൂടുതൽ, അത് ഈടാക്കും [ക്ലോസ് 12.2.4 (b) (ii)]. ഇക്കാര്യത്തിലും വാർഷിക കുടുംബവരുമാനം, നേറ്റിവിറ്റി, സംവരണ നില തുടങ്ങിയവയുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ ഒരിളവും ഒരാൾക്കും ലഭിക്കില്ല.
ഈ വർഷം ബി.ഡി.എസ് - ന് ചേർന്ന ശേഷം അടുത്ത വർഷം നിങ്ങൾ അതിൽ നിന്നും പിൻവാങ്ങിയാൽ പിഴ മുകളിൽ സൂചിപ്പിച്ച തോതിൽ അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടിവരും. ക്ലോസ് 12.2.4 (a) (ii) 1- ൽ സൂചിപ്പിച്ച പ്രകാരം വന്നേക്കാവുന്ന പ്രവേശന പരീക്ഷ/അലോട്ട്മെൻ്റ് വിലക്ക് (കേരളത്തിൽ എം.ബി.ബി.എസ്/ബി.ഡി.എസ് പ്രവേശനം നീറ്റ് അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കിയാണ്, അതിനാൽ പരീക്ഷാ വിലക്കിൻ്റെ കാര്യത്തിൽ അവ്യക്തതയുണ്ട്), രണ്ടാം വർഷത്തിൽ പിൻവാങ്ങുന്നവർക്കും ബാധകമാണോ എന്ന് വ്യക്തമല്ല. ബാധകമല്ലെങ്കിൽ എം.ബി.ബി.എസ്. പ്രവേശനത്തിന് ശ്രമിക്കാം. അതിനാൽ ഈ വ്യവസ്ഥയുടെ വിശദാംശങ്ങളെപ്പറ്റി, പ്രവേശന പരീക്ഷാ കമ്മീഷണറുടെ ഓഫീസിൽ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട്, വ്യക്തത വരുത്തുന്നതായിരിക്കും ഉചിതം.

Those who have not joined college after remitting the fee, those who have cancelled admissions after joining college, those who have paid excess amount due to re-allotment from a course of higher fees to one of lower fees etc; are generally eligible for refund of fees/excess amount..

It is possible to study in CBSE or in Kerala State Syllabus. You must first contact the school where you want to put your child, ascertain about vacancy position there and then complete the formalities/procedures as prescribed by the school if they are ready to admit the child./
Currently my sister is studying in Tamilnadu tutticorin in tamil English medium.so there second language is tamil.we are planning to shift her to kerala from 11th,So in kerala syllabus and cbse there is not need for hindi or malayalam as second language?

I did my BA English distance degree course from kannur University completed my 3rd year on 2020.I have not received the orginal certificate yet ,what is the reason for that?.By when will the certificates will be issued.

You have to apply for the Degree Certificate once the result is declared. If that has been done, enquire about the delay in the examination wing of the University.
