If you do not confirm for second allotment, your first allotment will be retained. But if you do not join college after the 2nd allotment, you will lose the allotment. If so, the fee will be refunded.

sir; i got 1st allotment in a pt self financing collage for EE and i remitted a fee of Rs 10000 if i donot wish for 2nd allotment will i get my money back...?

If you do not join college after round 2, your allotment will get cancelled. You will get back the amount remitted

It has not been announced yet. Last year candidates with this rank got BDS allotment in Self financing Colleges

After the trial allotment, more candidates with rank above you might have given more options and that must be the reasons for your not getting a seat. Now wait for the next rounds of allotment,
Sir, thanks for your preevious reply.but i want confirm the crefibility of ceryificate from karnataka state open university for btech mechanical engineering from 2009-2013.Please note that as per my information ugc has been cancelled ksou approval.In this regard, kindly check my certificate value

If the cancellation of the approval to Karnataka Open University is prospective, there might not be a problem.

Just do not remit the fee. The allotment will be automatically cancelled and you will not be considered for future allotments.

Commissioner for Entrance Examinations conducts the 3 year LLB Entrance every year for admission to the course in Govt Law Colleges in the State and for allotment to the Govt seats in 8 Self financing Law Colleges. He can appear for that. The prospectus of 2015 is available at the link http://www.cee-kerala.org/index.php/llb-3-year/ll3-2015. You may go through that and get an idea about the process.
