I got CS branch(in SCMS) for first alloment and ME branch(in SCMS) for second allotment. I would like to know whether I can join for CS (which I got for first allotment) even though the second allotment is published.

Your first allotment no more exists. You have to join for ME the second allotment you have received.
SIR I HAVE GOT FIRST ALLOTMENT IN PRIVATE SELF FINANCING ENGINEERING COLLEGE(MERIT SEAT).IF I JOIN THIS COLLEGE BY GIVING THE COURSE FEE AND MY CERTIFICATE.WILL I BE ABLE TO CANCEL THIS ADMISSION IF I GET ALLOTMENT IN NEET/AIPMT PHASE2.?
WILL I GET MY CERTIFICATE AND COURSE FEE BACK?

You have to take the allotment after round 2 announced on 10.7.16. The 3rd allotment to be announced for engg courses will be the last in Self financing Colleges which means if you are there after round 3, you cannot move out without paying liquidated damages. Now the NEET issue is a general issue and the govt alone can take a decision on this. Represent to the Government
Respected Sir,
I have been alloted EE in a college in my KEAM second allotement whereas my
higher option is Mechanical in the same college. But now they are asking me to join the college
on coming 13th. Can we wait for higher options to be alloted in coming allotements after
joining the college for the course coming 13th or is there any other procedure? Last years last rank details
gives me a hope that I may get into Mechanical stream in the college.What should i do?

Candidates who have been allotted seats are to join the college as per second allotment during 11-15 July, 2016 as per the CEE orders. If you do not join, the seat allotted will be cancelled, and you will be out of the allotment. If you join, your higher options will be considered in the third allotment and if you get a change to a higher option, you can change as per the third allotment.
In my KEAM second allotement , I got EE in Barton Hill college,TVPM. But my first option was Barton hill Mechanical. Now they are asking me to join the college on coming 13th. But I prefer to wait and watch whether i may get mechanical.Will I lose my seat if I do not join??Can we join and then wait for higher options in coming allotements??

Answered. You will lose the seat of the second allotment if you do not join the college as per the schedule announced now. Being in a Govt College, you will be eliigble for more allotments and if you get a higher option in coming allotments you can change the branch
My son is in 11th Maths-computer now. kindly inform me the date of KVPY applicaion.usually the notification come in second sunday newspaper. I didn't see anything today

Sir i completed my 2 semesters from alwar from R.R. College. Now i shifted to Jaipur. Can i take admission in b.c.a for 3rd semester in other university ?

If the College/University has provision for inter-college transfer in semester 3, you may apply. Contact the University concerned.
My/KEAM Medical rank is 8538 and category OBC BH rank 402 is there possibility to get any allotment? What is the significance of category rank?

As of now, there is no picture about self financing medical colleges entering into agreement with govt. Without that we cannot predict a possibility.
Sir,Currently i am studying in 12th Kerala board Science stream (Biology with Home Science). I would like to know which course i can opt after 12th. I am also planning to write medical entrance next year.

If you have Physics, Chemistry and Biology at Plus Two you can do any medical, agriculture, veterinary course after Plus Two
