Usually, for last allotments there are some restrictions which are given in the prospectus. In the last allotment, you are bound to join the college failing which you will have to pay damages. This is because the govt will not be able to fill that seat.

Filing/Retaining unnecessary options: Candidates who file/retain unnecessary options, but do not take admission on allotment to the Course/College during the final phase of allotment to a course as notified by the CEE resulting in Government seats to lapse, will be penalized. They will be liable to pay penalty of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs Only) for MBBS course, Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rupees five lakh only) for BDS course and Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) for all other courses irrespective of annual family income/nativity/reservation status. Their candidature is also liable to be cancelled and also will be debarred from appearing the Entrance Examinations conducted by the CEE for a period not exceeding two years. In case of failure to remit the penalty, the same is liable to be recovered under the Revenue Recovery Act.

Definitely there will be changes in the coming rounds. But the nature of changes cannot be predicted . Wait and see. You have an allotment now.

After second allotment my daughter joined a self finance arch collage and paid the fee. Now if she get allotment to another collage in 3rd allotment what will happen to the fee paid in the collage. will they pay back? after second allotment

They are expected to pay back the fee collected after retaining partial amount such as Admission fee etc. You are eligible to get it back. Ask for it.
Sir, Is it possible not to join any college under KEAM even though I'd be included in the next allotment.(engg) and join college under JEE .

Next Engg allotment is the last to Pvt SF Engg Colleges and you have to join the college if allotted as per the CEE Notification.
