There are around 500 seats for SC for All India Quota. So you may get a seat somewhere. At kottayam there are only 4 seats. So the chances depend on the choices to the college. Give choice and wait.
Now NEET result is out. Please provide a summary details off all major universities/ colleges other than 15 % all india quota seats whch are filled by neet score like COMEDK AFMC AMRUTHAPARAVA.VARDHA along with fee details. A tedious task but MATHRUBHUMI can.

Sir,
I (OBCNCL)have secured a score of 420/720 in Neet 2016.
While filling online application form, I could not give options for Karnataka and Tamilnadu along with Kerala, as the system was having provision only to provide Kerala on all three options. Hence, on all three options, I provided Kerala. My result is given below:
NEET all India rank 29856
Category Rank 11169
*All India Quota Rank (15% seats) 28772
Category rank 10957

Now, it has been remarked with an asterisk that “as per the options indicated by the candidate in the online application form.”

RESULT Qualified in NEET-2016
Not eligible for counseling under 15% all
India quota seats

In this case, will I be able to participate in the counseling process for all India quota beginning on August 22, 2016? Kindly suggest a solution for me enabling to participate in the process.

AS you have not come within the specified rank limit, you cannot fill choices for AIQ allotments. You can apply for other Universities/Colleges that invite applications. Regarding the State options given, that cannot be changed. Moreover, you will be considered for State options, only if you are eligible for that state as per thoier norms.

You can register choices for all India Quota. You can apply to other colleges based on their notifications. But the admission chances depends on the rank of the applicants applying to the colleges and your rank in relation to their ranks
