Generally it is not possible to study two courses simultaneously. However, there may be courses which does not require the TC from last institution attended or online courses, which may be possible to be taken along with a normal course
I completed my bams. I would like to join MBA.. what are the possibilities and scope for MBa after a medical degree... If there is any good scope suggest some colleges

Since you are in the Medical Field, you may think of MBA in Hospital Administration. All major hospitals employ MBAs in this area

It is not the CEE to take steps in this regard. It is the Government that has to act and it is sorry that things are not happening. Once the approvals are given by the Govt to the CEE, the allotment will be made by the CEE in the shortest possible time.

If you are a Diploma holder, there are specific branches that you can join through lateral entry scheme and not any branch. But if you are eligible to apply for B Tech based on Plus Two (if you have completed that) you can choose any branch.
My daughter passed plus 2 science with maths with 82% mark. But some personal reasons I enrolled only limited colleges in Calicut univercity bsc maths. Yet today she has not get any admission. please advice me a better option for current year admission bsc or msc integrated

Sir, I got provisional MBBS allotment through ComedK.. and I am going to Confirm the allotment tommorow. In case if there is a 3rd round allotment through NEET for 15%all india seat, can I surrender Comedk seat if I am getting through 15% all india quota (Rank 6014)?? please advice. Kerala no scope , 2241 :( :(

It will depend on the rules and regulations of COMEDK allotment. There would be some clause related to surrender of seats for COMEDK in their Prospectus. See the concerned link at https://www.comedk.org/medical-dental-updates-2/
