I belong to OBC (Non-creamy layer). However, while applying for NEET PG, through oversight I opted category "General" through drop down button for All India 50% seat, which is not editable now. However, Category for State Quota can be typed now. Whether there is any problem in mentioning different category for All India and State Quota?

Normally it cannot be edited once you have given the information. At sometimes there are chances of giving an option for editing. Anyway if you are intended for admission in Kerala, there won't be any problem.
I enrolled for M.Com with IGNOU in December 2014 in the Kochi Center. Unfortunately, I could not continue and had to move to Chennai. What can I do now to continue and finish the course? Also, at the time of admission, I paid only the first part of the fees (course fee - Rs. 11500, I paid Rs.6500). Please advise.

Its a simple process. You give a letter to IGNOU Kochi Regional Centre requesting for change of region to Chennai. There also IGNOU has region from where you can continue your studies. Once IGNOU Kochi Centre gets your letter, they will change the region within a week. Rest of the fees to be paid only at Chennai centre after changing the centre.

It is not clear from this whether your plus two was in science group. If it was so, you can study. Higher qualification is not a problem.

my rank is 7434.can i get ayurvedha seat in govt college?which is better horticulural at sbc and kerala in govt college?Is agriculural or fisheries is better than horticulture?

Candidates with this rank have not got allotment in Govt Ayurveda College for BAMS so far.

Library Science course is good for getting a job as Librarian in good libraries. IGNOU course is valid.
Last date for completing admissions to BAMS and Homio is siad to be 30/10/16. Allotment process is not yet started. Any hint on date of starting allotment process. Is there any chance for further spot to VETINARY. Please let us know available details. Thanks
