Nativity is a must. Only Keralites are given admissaion, so the document to prove that you are a Keralite is must.

I HAVE APPLIED FOR KEAM BUT I PUT CATEGORY AS "GENERAL" ACTUALLY I WAS BELONGING TO "OBC (NON-CREAMY LAYER)". I HAVE COMPLETED ALL THE STEPS BUT I DID'NT SEND MY CONFIRMATION PAGE.CAN I REAPPLY IT ONCE AGAIN SO AS TO CORRECT THE CATEGORY.

Don't worry. You have time to take the confirmation page and send to CEE. Moreover you will get the chance for edit option before taking confirmation page. I am in the qualified rank list of Neet MDS 2017 and as regards to OBC NCL Certificate format I have downloaded it from google and got validated by the Tahsildar since no prescribed format was available in NBE or NEET MDS website.In the notification of NEET MDS site in the 3 annexures the OBC NCL proforma is not there.Can you please tell me if there is any prescribed format issued by NBE.Is there any problem in counselling,sir...Please help me,sir

Don't worry. NCL certificate in original needs to be provided at the time of admission at the college, after getting allotment. As per last year admission procedure which is done by MMC among the list of documents there is a part which says " OBC certificate issued by the competent authority. The subcaste should tally with the Central List of OBC. The OBC candidates should not belong to Creamy Layer to claim OBC reservation benefit. The OBC certificate must be in the standard format as mentioned in the prospectus/ Information Bulletin." Hope you got it...
Should we submit the non creamy layer certificate in the given forum itself?

The best course is that of IGNOU. See the website www.ignou.ac.in Apart from that you can try Pondichery University and Bharathiar University.
Sir I apply 2 neet application in this year.but the first application not completed. Only payment is not done. The second one only completed .if I have any problem for attending the exam for that

you have to take the confirmation page and keep it with you. Even without it, you won't be having any problem in writing the exam. In case of any problem you will get time to rectify them after the last date of submitting the application. All the best.
