My NEET score is 557 and All India NEET rank is 9470. (General Category rank 5303) Can you please tell me if there's any chance of getting a seat under 15% all India quota. If so, which colleges ahould I opt as among the first priority.

There is chance. Give maximum options to MCs when the process begins on 3rd July.

My daughter's obc rank in NEET 2017 is 6328. I would like to know whether we have to give first option outside Kerala as there is no chance in Kerala. In that case, registration through MCC website is enough? Or should we apply separately for other states outside Kerala? Then what is the procedure? Please help us giving guidelines in this regard.

Let us know the All India rank also. If possible specify the community too. For MBBS admissions there may not be enough candidates from some reserved communities like Kudumbi . ST etc.
My daughter's NEET AIR is 40652.AIQ is 36084.What is the possibility of getting admission in COMEDK colleges & what is the procedure for admission in COMEDK colleges.

Admission to all MBBS/BDS seats in comedk colleges are done this year by Karnataka govt. So possiblity cannot be predicted. Wait and see. Wish you all the best.
It was All India cut off.All India quota cut off for Gen.category was 468 last yr whereas all india cut off was 145.Pls clarify

This year even management seats in deemed and pvt medical colleges are filled by govt. When the number of seats go up the cut off comes down. Very simple. Any doubt still ?
Sir, I was attend the seminar conducted Mathrubhumi at Ernakulam. MY daughter got neet mark 346 only and All india rank 1,22,000. Sir, Any chance to get MBBS/BDS in any college of India.

Is she eligible for All India Quota ? If yes, register choices from July 3 on www.mcc.nic.in State merit list will be a separate one which will be published by CEE after gathering NEET info from medical aspiring students.

My daughter scored 523/720 in NEET 2017. Her All India Rank is 18414, overall rank 16435, OBC rank 6328. As there are 25000+ govt. MBBS seats, is there chance for her to get MBBS seat in Govt. medical college outside Kerala? If so, should she give first option outside Kerala? Please give guidelines regarding this. Is there chance for a merit seat in private medical college? Then what will be the fees per year? Please provide information about this.

Your daughter's rank is not bad. She will be in a position to get admission either in All India Quota or in state counselling. AIQ first round begins with registration of choices on July 3rd. And the first allotment will be on 15th July. State first round will be after AIQ first round. This year AIQ has only two rounds and after that you cannot vacate a seat, as per SC order. After two allotments if any vacant seats are there all of them will be given to states for filling. State govts also will conduct two rounds of allotment. Since she belongs to OBC, there is every possibility to get admission in AIQ. About Private medical colleges : Fees will be high this year. But both merit and management plus NRI seats are all filled by state govts or central govt. Pl check the concerned official websites for latest updates. Wish your daughter All the best .

Would you please explain really what is counselling for AIQ and for state ? Is it possible a candidate can participate in AIQ and state counselling at a time in order to secure a safe seat for MBBS ? What is the best way to ensure a seat for good Govt Medical college in Kerala. My daughter score is 576 and all India rank is 5959 under UR? Desperately waiting for your kind assistance.

All India Quota Counselling is meant for filling 15 percent MBBS/BDS seats all govt medical colleges in the country except Andhra and J&K. From this year onwards AIQ is done for filling seats in MCs under deemed varsities like Amrita. Your daughter got a good rank and will be in a better position to get admission either in AIQ or in state counselling. AIQ first round begins with registration of choices on July 3rd.
