You may get into one of the deemed MCs as per your rank. Cannot say that you won't be able to get into govt MC. But the chance is remote considering the rank. Let the Kerala list also come. Then the picture will be more clear.
Sir, my JEE main rank is 46100. General category. Is there any chance to get NITs or centrally funded hovt colleges in South India or other than NE for ME,Civil,Maths,Physics. Sir kindly advice me for giving options.

What you intend when you say other than ME, Civil, Maths, Physics ? For CS there will be high demand. You try for EE or EC or some other branches considering your aptitude also. NITs in south will be difficult. Give choices to maximum colleges and mxm branches.All the best.

Contact one of the Option Facilitation Centres, the list of which is given in the website of CEE. They will solve it.

with this rank you may get more better colleges. Check the list. The colleges you mentioned are more or less of equal standard.

For TN and Karnataka, for merit seat you cannot apply since you belong to Kerala. Every state stipulates on nativity. If you can claim Taamil or Karnataka nativity alsoyou can apply. Besides you can apply to deemed uty medical colleges in all states. SC says the deemed utys have a national character.
