If you are looking for a College label CET would be the best choice among the three irrespective of the course. If you want ECE, the better option is TKM.

The allotments are based on the JEE Main rank. Visit www.jeemain.nic.in. The exam for this year is already over and the allotments are half way through.
In keam 1st allotment i got alloted a college...
I would like to go for second allotment....
If i dont get alloted in second allotment...will my firstly alloted college be cancelled...please reply soon......

Its a good college. Since beginning they are trying to maintain a standard. So after course completion also they should try maximum effort for good placement, it is expected. Nothing more can be said about that.
