She will definitely get if you give options carefully when the option registration process begins.
i have been alloted a seat for mbbs through all india quota in karnataka in the 1st allotement. inorder to participate in 2nd allotment i must take admission in this college and surrender my documents. my rank in keam 2017 is 969 and i'm obc. will i get a government medical seat in kerala?
my question is, is it okay if i cancel my all india allotment and wait for kerala allotement?

If you do not accept allotment as per AIQ, you will be removed from all India process and you can give options in Kerala CAP in which you are sure to get a seat if the options are registered wisely.

My son[ AI rank-69000] got Sri Ramachandra Med. College and Res. Inst., Chennai in 1st allotment- management category, deemed university. If he get any better institute in the 2nd allotment and resign from the 1st institute, will he have to pay any fine to the 1st institution? Is it a must that he can't leave after 2nd round and can't participate in any state/private counseling?

If he accepts second allotment there is no problem. No fine. But then he can not vacate that seat. After second allotment no students will be allowed to resign or vacate.In that case they will be subjected to heavy fine, as per Supreme Court order.

first decide on whether you are looking for a better college or a branch you are interested in.If you prefer to have a better college, go for CET (TKM is also good but student preference is for CET among the 2). If you looking for branch you like, choose the one you prefer.

Do you mean Amrita ? Its not under Kerala allotment. You can give options to MBBS and BDS in self financing medical colleges also when the medical option registration process begins in Kerala.
