There is no direction that you have to join allotted college after AIQ round 2. If you do not join, you can attend round 2 of state quota allotments

There is no need to do BA Journalism to become a news reader. You must have a good voice and ability to read well, if it is the Radio media that you are looking for. If it is TV, there is no news reading these days, It is news presentation for which you must have good command of language, must be updated on current events, should have a pleasing appearance etc. A degree in any subject will definitely be an advantage. But if you are interested in journalism, you can join BA in Journalism.
My daughters kerala medical rank is 5587 in general category. Is there a chance to get Admission in Agriculture in Kereala or MBBS in Spot admission

This year the admission scenario is totally different when compared to that of 2016. If the Management fee and Govt Fee for MBBS/BDS goes up, there may be a chance that many candidates stay away from taking seats. In that case the chances for lower ranks will be better including through Spot allotment. Only after the MBBS/BDS allotments are on way. we can say about the chances for other courses. As of now it may be difficult to get B Sc Agri going by trends of last year. Bit do not lose hope
Sir when will the rank list of paramed course be published ?
