For MBBS/BDS now, as per round 2, if you don't take the allotment the earlier allotment will be retained.You can continue in that process
As per high court's order the fees to be paid at admission time is 5 lakhs in DD and 6 lakhs as bank bond.What is the meaning of this 6 lakhs as Bank guareente?

Bond is not a payment. It is an agreement or consent that you give agreeing to pay the final fee decided by the Fee Regulation Committee of the state, It can be anything between 0 to 6 lakhs over the 5 lakhs you have already paid. so now, no payment is to be made above 5 lakhs as fee. The additional amount if any to be paid may be known after 3 months.
But for Bank guarantee the bank has to be satisfied with your assets for the required amount. For this you may have to show deposits to this tune or submit the deed of property valued to this amount.

I have applied for deemed universities mop up round allotment. Is it compulsoy to join if i get allotment. Further, if i get through in KEAM spot rounds, would i be able to withdraw from the deemed universities? Many thanks.

You can keep away from joining the Deemed allotment though Mopup round. If you join, you will not be able to withdraw

We have to wait for the announcement of CEE. As of now, the next Self financing allotment would be a Spot allotment. But there may be another allotment to Government Colleges.Keep watching the CEE websites for the updates.

As per the general rules, the excess amount remitted will be returned to the student on closing of allotment by CEE without any request from the student.

The allotments are in a stage where nothing can be predicated. Minority allotments are not published yet. You have to wait and see. Regarding spot, there is no restriction as of now announced in participating in it. If additional fee is to be paid, you would be able to do that
I got self financing dental college in 2nd round allotment.i hav joined in engineering college already. What will happen if do not join the course.

As of now there is no compensation to be paid, if you do not join the BDS allotment you have received. You Engg allotment will not be disturbed. As of now, a Spot allotment has been announced by CEE. Wait for further orders from CEE.
