I have completed my I.T.I in 1989-1991. I am having working experience of around twenty years in various reputed companies and at present working in TANGEDCO. I completed my +2 privately in third group (Commerce).
I have completed my diploma in DEEE in Jaipur Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University (RVD), Rajasthan in Distance mode between 2008 - 2010. Then i completed my BE EEE course (Lateral entry) in part time in Karpagam university,Coimbatore in the period of 2011-2014. But last ten days before supreme court issues a judgement that getting technical degree from Jaipur Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University (RVD) through distance mode is not a valid degree.
So my doubt is as i joined B.E as lateral entry using this diploma ,is that my BE is a valid degree or not ?
Is it possible to join BE(Lateral entry) using ITI qualification ?

Lateral Entry course is a regular course where you enter the second year of the course. It is approved as in case of regular B Tech Distance mode is the one that is not approved.So your BE should be valid if your Diploma has been approved by statutory bodies. For BE Lateral Entry admission, you must have Diploma in Engineering
i seen add in VIT integrated MSC bio technology pls advise me how is this course, is it better than bTeh biotechnology or we have to go bsc then MSc pls advise.

M Sc Biotechnology is a science based course while B.Tech Biotechnology is a Technology based course, In Science course you study more theory while in technology course it is the study of technology associated with the area. Biotechnology is a research oriented subject. So only if you are interested in continuing with research, go for it. If a job is what you look for it would be desirable to take a more general course like Botany or Zoology at the UG level and then go for specialised courses like Biotechnology to keep options open. But if Biotechnology is your passion you can go for Int MSc Biotechnology or V Tech Biotechnology. Think and take a decision

An approved degree course should be of minimum three years duration. It is better not to fall for such advertisements.

It is a Private University in Cahttisgarh having approvals of varioud bodies as notified at http://www.cvru.ac.in/aboutus.html
Since the University is approved there should not be an issue with attestation. But enquire about its approval in Kerala before you go for embassy approval.

You can do it at Calicut University. The Last date for application with fine of Rs. 100 is 20th November 2017.

എഞ്ചിനീറിങ് കോഴ്സുകൾ വിദൂര വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം വഴി പാടില്ല എന്ന് സുപ്രീം കോടതി ഈ മാസം 3 നാണു പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചത്. ഇത് നേരത്തെ നിലവിൽ ഇരുന്നതും പല യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റികളും അനുസരിക്കാതിരുന്നതുമാണ് . പരമോന്നത കോടതി ഉത്തരവോടെ ഇനി ഇത് നിയമ ലംഘനം ആവും. പുതിയ ഉത്തരവ് പ്രകാരം 2001 നും 2015 നും ഇടയിൽ നേടിയ നേടിയ ഡിഗ്രികൾ സസ്‌പെൻഡ് ചെയ്തു. അതിനു ശേഷം നേടിയവ റദ്ദാക്കി. ഇനി പാടില്ല താനും.

I am student of btech semester 7 (2014 scheme) under calicut university. I am struggling a problem of year out issue. I ramitt the condonation fee 2 times in s3 and s5 semester with attendence shortage. I have same issue from semester 7. I have 66% attendence. The attendance list have been sent by college in calicut University. I have medical certificate. But i don't submitt early. So what will i do in this situation. Any remedies in this case. Please help me.

You will have to approach the university officials directly. In case you fail in that attempt give a request to the V C. If all fail, write to ,us once more.
