It is the University that decides the locations where the course is to be imparted, If the university has a study centre at Palakkad it would be possible. enquire with the University distance education section. It is understood that the university can conduct courses only within its geographical jurisdiction. If that be so, it may not be possible.
Sir,Neet pg 2018 score is 625. What will be the expected rank

The performance of an Individual cannot be used to make an assessment of the rank. It would depend on the performance of the other candidates also and on those who have scored marks more than you. if this number is very large, your rank will come down and if the no is few, you can hope for a better rank. But this time, it seems the mark rate is low and so, there is chance to get a good rank, it seems.

For B Arch admission, she has to appear for NATA and get qualified. If interested in B Arch admissions in kerala she should apply o CEE by 28.2.2018 through the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in and also appear for NATA conducted by COA. You can visit www.nata.in for registration for NATA which is open now. For B Arch in NIT she should appear for Paper II of JEE Main, registration for which is over by now. For B Arch at IITs, appear for paper I of JEE Main, get qualified for JEE Advanced, appear for it, qualify, write the Architecture Aptitude Test and qulaify.
