If you have submitted the printout, it seems nothing can be done now. If not you paste the photo with the correct name in the printout and attach a covering letter when submitting the printout to the CEE pointing put the error in the uploaded photo.

The CEE will intimate the errors in application at the time of downloading of admit cards. You can rectify the error at that time and submit the certificate.
Dear Sir,
Is there any option for correcting photo id number in the aiims application form after submission?Or otherwise how will we correct the mistake?

Once it is submitted, it is not possible to edit. Status of Registration including rejection /deficiencies in application will be put in the AIIMS website on 20th March, 2018 (Tuesday). Try if there is a provision to correct the ID Number. Or else, send a letter to AIIMS office showing the registration number and the error made with correct documents to support the letter. Hope they accept it.
My son Amalkrisha.K.U provisionally registered for NEET using the enrolment number of the existing Adhar as the Adhar number is mismatched. His photo in the Adhar is old one,it was taken when he was twelve years old. The reason for mismatching may be that in the Adhar name is Amal krishna( with a space) .my doubt is that whether l should correct the Adhar and change the photo . Please inform me the next step for applying the NEET

It is better to change the name in Aadhaar to match the name in the certificates at the earliest.

All applicants are generally considered under General category first if the applicant is eligible for the general category seat. So you should be considered against General seats before being considered for NRI seats. Usually NRI seats might come as a different option.
some states provide admission to outside state students for MBBS.BDS in Management/NRI seats in Self financing Medical/Denta

can i attach my brother's NRI status to avail quota?

You have to first apply for NEET and Kerala CEE admissions and produce documents to prove that you are an NRI/dependent of an NRI as and when asked. You will have to give options for college and courses, when options are invited. For Kerala, the related govt order is given at http://cee-kerala.org/docs/keam2017/allot/p4/243.pdf
An applicant depending on Brother can claim NRI status. Also see the documents to be submitted for Kerala NRI admissions as and when it is called at the time of option registration.

Unless you have nativity status in another state, you cannot generally get admission for MBBS in Government Medical Colleges there. But some states provide admission to outside state students for MBBS.BDS in Management/NRI seats in Self financing Medical/Dental. This will be notified by the concerned state and you have to keep watching the notifications and apply based on it. It will come after Neet results are announced. All these admissions are based in NEET for MBBS/BDS. In South India, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, AP, Telengana, Pondicherry have all give seats to other state to some extent in Self financing colleges last year.
