NCL is issued by the Revenue authorities. If there is such a requirement, they will do it as per the instructions they have.

I'm take admission on M.com under calicut university on 2014.i got 2papers supply in 4th sem. I write the exam on 2017 June. The result is published on 4th Jan 2018.but I can't get my result when I entered my register number I got a blank university page. I don't know my result.when I pass or not.
Now the university released the notification on 4th sem M.com supply exam.if I write the exam once again.i don't know.so kindly clarify my doubt about supply exam again write or not and also tell me the way to know my result.

It depends on your interest. If you want to understand an area (more theory oriented) you choose science as science is 'understanding'. If you want to be involved in development, go for B Tech study as it is technology based which is development. Both have their on significance. It is the interest and aptitude you have that matters.

For IISER, you have three channels of admission (i) KVPY channel for KVPY Scholars (ii) JEE Advanced channel based on rank of JEE Advanced 2018. You have to be in the rank list (iii) You must be in the prescribed cut-off range of Board Exam- You will have to appear for an Aptitude Test. visit www.iiseradmission.in Applications will be invited in May 2018
For IISc also there are few channels, (i) KVPY (ii) JEE Main (iii) JEE Advanced (iv) NEET. For the last three, you need to score a cut-off mark in the concerned exam of 2018. Visit http://www.iisc.ac.in/ug/. Applications have been invited for BS Program of IISc.
