There is only one AFMC College at Pune with 130 MBBS seats. Apply for NEET,qualify and register options for AFMC Counselling. If short listed you will have to face Test of AFMC and interview and find place in AFMC Selection list. There are 25 seats there reserved for girls. Education is free but there is Service liability of 7 years after completing course

PGDM courses are not degrees. So Approval may not be a problem. Anyhow try to join a credible institution.
After diploma in mechanical I don't want to study b.e so suggest me any other valuable courses

What do you mean by a valuable course. You can continue with one among several courses based on your qualifications. Try to..identify your area of interest. It can be related to areas like Computer Applications, Data entry, printing technology, hotel management,. etc. Try to identify and proceed
