Registration for integrated courses were over by 28.2.18. In case of BVoc date has been extended. So you can now apply only for that.

sir,what is the basic difference between BSC(hons)in comp-science and BSC in comp-science? Is there any difference in BS& BSC in comp-science,or both are same?

Honours Programme has a slightly advanced syllabus when compared to the BSc Programme.in some cases Honours course is of 4 years duration while BSc is of 3 year duration.
Sir i uploaded my photo which was taken during dec ember 2017 for my neet application. But i didnt get any notification from neet during correction. Is there any problem?

The only way to verify the validity of the Certificate is to go to the University concerned and confirm the genuineness from the examination section there.
I wish to know if it is not a good option to join deemed universities in India for engineering (btech) courses.

It cannot be generalized. There are Deemed to be Universities which are highly demanded. For example, BITS Pilani is in high Demand. So it has to be viewed on a case to case basis.
IN THE JIPMER UG 2018 APPLICATION, I HAD ATTACHED A PHOTO TAKEN ON 26.12.17 INSTEAD OF THOSE TAKEN AFTER 31.01.18.

It may not. But if you have some concern give another application by paying prescribed fee. The earlier one will be cancelled.
