You can get allotment for B Sc Agriculture through the allotments of CEE, Kerala for which you should have appeared for NEET and also applied to CEE as per the notification issued by CEE.
allotment to 15% All India Quota for Agriculture and Allied courses is made through the All India Agriculture Entrance Examination conducted by ICAR. Application for 2018-19 admission has not yet been invited for this.
If I get neet score 350 and am belonging to obc category.Is there any chance to get an admission through management quota in kerala or any other states.

A computer science course can satisfy you and your parents as BTech or B.Sc in computer Science with a better performance can fetch you a job.
Sir i am expecting 115 marks in neet . Should i go yo repeat to get admission in BAMS ? is it a good choice to repeat for BAMS or choose any other career for average student ?

AS per the trends of 2017, it is difficult toe expect a very high rank for NEET with a mark of 115. For BAMS, wait for the rank of Kerala admissions to know the chances. If you are confident to improve your score by repeating go for it.
