It appears from the past data that the possiblity is remote. Anyway things may change based on number of applicants. Let the state rank list come out based on NEET ranks. Only then we can say anything. Wait some more days.

Biotechnology BSc and then MSc is a very good way for you to go. Then you should do PhD too. Poosiblitites are aplenty in this area not merely in India, but abroad. About the scope you asked... Research and Development is going on everywhere in the world to find out remedy for many diseases like Nipah, Rabies etc...If and when a drug is formed somewhere in the world by a team and you also become a part of that team, it will be a great achievement. Shall write about it later.

After Kerala Rank list for Allied courses is published by CEE Kerala based on NEET rank, options will be invited by CEE at www.cee.kerala.gov.in Then you can give options for this course also in addition to other courses you are interested in.

You can fill choice for All India Quota, Deemed University, AFMC seat allotment process etc; through www.mcc.nic.in as and when they start the process.
When Kerala rank comes you can give options for kerala MBBS admissions.
Last year in All India quota, students with this rank did not get an allotment. But in Deemed universities, students with this rank have got allotment but fee may be high. To know the chances in Kerala, your Kerala rank has to come. You have not mentioned your category in Kerala. Since you have reservation, you will be considered for that seats also.
When other states invite applications, for management seats you can apply and participate in the process.
Your chances for admission depends on your rank
