Do you want to know what is state ranking? Every applicant will have a nativity. His own state is empowered to make admission to all MBBS/BDS seats except 15% All India Quota. In sucha cases CBSE will forward to concerned states the list of NEET qualified candidates. Based on that state authorities will prepare state rank list list from which they make admission to all MBBS/BDS seats in the state. In Kerala it is the CEE who does it.

There is such clear cut offs for admission. It depends on many factors like how many students apply, reservation, options they mark etc...So a prediction is impossible.

In these cases a prediction is not possible. See the answers given above. Everybody will be there in the state rank list if you are qualified in NEET.

We searched in the mcc site a lot. Not even a single medical college under deemed varsity is there with the fess you mentioned. All MCs demand more than 10 Lakhs. Manipal is charging 11 Lakhs which is worth. Its a good college.

If I get selected in the MCC allotment and I refuse to get admitted,will I get the security money back?

In first round there would not be any problem if you refuse to take allotment. But in second round if you are given an allotment and you don't accept it, you will lose the security deposit.
If I don't include deemed universities in the MCC first allotment application, can I include it in the second round?

There is no relevance for your mark at this stage. You have a rank. You have not mentioned your rank and so it is not possible to assess the chances. Apply and see the chances
