The application invited by LBS was for Governemnt colleges and 50% Government seats in Colleges that entered into an agreement with the Govt. The remaining 50% seats are filled by the managements. Those colleges that have not entered into agreement with the Govt also has a process of filling their seats. This may be ascertained from the concerned colleges. If the time for applying is not over, try admissions there.

IIIT Bhagalpur was started only in 2017 and so there may be initial problems. If you get Rajagiri or FISAT in merit it will be better.

It is a medical technician course associated with blood transfusion etc. Now a days there is enough scope for this techies since five star hospitals are on a rise. During major surgeries these hospitals require perfusion technicians.
Sir,I had applied for integrated MSc in IISC(Indian institute of science) on the basis of Neet score.I am a general category student and I should need 60% in Neet. But I have only 192 out of 720. I had attended JEE main also. But didn't qualified. Even though I updated my marks in the student's portal.Even though I don't have the cutoff marks they sent me an offer letter for the second counseling on 29th June. Is there any chance for getting me an admission there? Shall I attend the counseling. Can I please know the number of seats for this course in IISC?

The counselling offer for BS (Research) must have been sent without considering the score in NEET. The academic eligibility will be verified at the time of counselling and if you are not eligible as per their notification, you will not be allowed to take seat. This is the normal procedure.

ESC MEdical colleges have ESI reservation. If you belong to the family of employees with ESI benefits you may get that advantage. It is not mentioned in the letter. More over whether you will get in first round or second round is a matter which can not be answered since everything depends on the number of applicants.
