What are the advantages and disadvantages of the improvement exam on july 2018 and the march 2019?
If i get better marks in improvement exam of july 2018 , do i get better chance of getting admission in collages in 2018 ?

There is nothing like a 'better exam' and one cannot compare between march Exam and July exam. If you are prepared for July, appear for that. If not, go for March if it is permitted.
Consolidated mark sheet will not be issued candidates whose result is already Pass and now
appearing for Improvement of Performance
This is what the circular at CBSE website says. See the circular at http://cbse.nic.in/newsite/comp2018.html

What is the difference between spot aĺlotment&mopup round?

Both are the same. There may be difference in the process. It is the allotments conducted to wind up the process after regular allotments to fill the stray vacancies. In spot, the seats are filled on the spot by inviting students to a spot (place) and allotting seats. In MCC process which they call mop-up (meaning a concluding action or phase), it is online process again as in the normal rounds.
