First of all have you a rank in JEE advanced to apply for B Arch at IITs. If this rank is of JEE Main paper 2, you can check the last ranks of 2017 of NIT/GFTIs at www.josaa.nic.in for admission pattern.
My all India rank is 199825 any chance for me to get veterinary in all AIQ

You have to apply when VCI calls applications and take part. It may be difficult for a General candidate But give options and see.

Allotments to all the streams are going to be taken up simultaneously it is understood. So you can fix a relative priority for the different courses and colleges you are interested and give options accordingly. You will not be able to give separate options to each stream if all are taken up together.
