കഴിഞ്ഞ വർഷം സ്വാശ്രയ കോളേജിൽ 12005 വരെ കിട്ടിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. നിങ്ങൾക്ക് സർക്കാരിൽ നിന്ന് ഫീസ് തിരിച്ചു കിട്ടും. പക്ഷെ ആദ്യം നിങ്ങൾ അടക്കണം.

In the case of MBBS/BDS, if you join and leave the college, your fee will not be refunded.

No fee is to be paid for registering options.
My keam medical rank is 14179 can I get admission for bsc agriculture I am an OBH candidate

It is very difficult . Lat year the rank of last admitted student was 4987 in BH category for agriculture.
If I get admission for BDS in government college Kerala can i apply for AIQ 2nd round counselling

IN Kerala if you get allotment you will have to pay the fee. Otherwise you cannot continue in the process. For AIQ there is no objection this year to register fresh options each time by paying registering fees.
I got allotment in a deemed institute for BDS in mcc 1st allotment. But I am not joining the course. So will I be eligible for mop-up round?

You will have to pay the registering fee again. Apart from that there is no problem.

For first part answer is given. After first allotment, it comes second allotment and then mop up for deemed varsity MCs.

Sure as per last year trends. Give maximum options and wait till trial allotment on 27th.
