Last ranks would come down in coming allotments. Lady year this rank didn't get allotment in Govt Colleges. Seems you have not opted for self financing Colleges. Wait and see.
what is the validity of a conduct certificate to be produced after mbbs allotment? I got it one year before when I passed plustwo . IS IT SUFFICIENT?

The course and conduct certificate issued by the Head of the institution where you did Plus two would be accepted for the next state of education. Usually a conduct certificate alone if produced, has to be one issued within six months
