The ICAR website is silent on that.An announcement as follows is there: " The previous schedule date of Declaration of result has been withdrawn on account of administrative reasons and the fresh date will be intimated in due course.". So keep visiting the site regularly to get the updates

ഇതുവരെ (12 .7 .18 വൈകിട്ട് 5 മണി) അലോട്ട്മെന്റ് വന്നിട്ടില്ല. ഒരു അറിയിപ്പും വിശദീകരണവും ഇല്ല.
സർ എനിക്ക് keam സെക്കന്റ് അലോട്മെന്റിൽ എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് കിട്ടി. കോളേജിൽ അഡ്മിഷൻ എടുത്തില്ലെകിൽ ഫീസ് തിരിച്ചു ലഭിക്കുമോ?

There is no question of applying for it.If you have given option for medical and if that remains valid, you will be considered for Medical
