If you don't join the college as per CEE allotment, the fee paid will be returned to you by CEE . You need not not do anything for this. Refund will take some time. That's only after closing of admission this year. By Nov or Dec.

Sir,
I got rank of 22000 in keam engg.
I selected only 7 colleges for the allotment. Including
1.LBS ksgd
2.COE cheemeni
3.Mes kuttipuram etc
But I didnt get allotment for first n second.
Would I get third allotment?

See the last ranks of allotments in the colleges you have opted. If it is very close to your rank in a college, the chances would be very high. But nothing can be predicted.

സയൻസ് എടുത്ത ശേഷം സയൻസ് ഇതര മേഖലയിലേക്ക് ഡിഗ്രി തലത്തിൽ പോകാൻ കഴിയും. പ്ലസ് 2 തലത്തിൽ അതിനോടൊപ്പം വിദൂര പഠനം കഴിയില്ല

There is no MSc in Astronomy and Astrophysics in Kerala that you can join after BSc Physics.But IIST Trivandrum has a course MSc in Astronomy and Astrophysics which you can join after MSc in Physics. Admissions can be cancelled by approaching the college or within the time limit fixed by the CEE
I got admission in second allotment. Joined in that college as per the keam procedure. I wish to go for higher allotment. If i get higher optioned in any other college, is it possible to cancel the allotment ???
