No decision yet on the petition. Hope SC will rule out the HC order. About the case...
Bombay High Court website says that they are related to a Writ Petition filed by one Samiksha Raju Dhole, a NEET candidate from Maharashtra, and a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed by a body called the Akhil Bhartiya OBC Mahasangh, both presumably with regard to OBC reservations in AIQ and ESIC seats available in MBBS and BDS courses through the NEET.

Join the engineering colleges and attend classes till such time you move out to a medical allotment that you may get.
I got higher option in 3rd allotment. Is it possible to take admission in the previous allotted college ??

It is not possible. once a higher option is allotted, the earlier allotment will automatically be cancelled and will be allotted to another person who has opted for it.

Are there any age limit for writing the 'Architecture Entrance Examination'?
How old can you write?

View Answer
For 'National Aptitude test in Architecture', (NATA) there is no age limit prescribed. But this is only an eligibility test. Admitting agencies may have different norms. In Kerala admissions, there is no upper age limit for B Arch course. For JEE Main and Advanced BArch admissions, which are not based on NATA, but based on their Aptitude test, there would be some restrictions on age. For JEE Main 2018, Only those candidates whose date of birth falls on or after October 01, 1993 are eligible. However, in the
case of Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) candidates, upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years, i.e. SC, ST and PwD candidates who are born on or after October 01, 1988 are eligible. Date of birth as recorded in the Secondary Education Board/University certificate will only be considered.
