You should be able to apply next year. There will not be any priority issues as per the existing rules. You may also check with the admission section of the University

Perfusion technologists are responsible for operating on the heart-lung machines during cardiac surgery of patients. The work will be in operation theater mainly. Hospitals having Cardiac Departments, would employ these personnel.It can be in Government or Private sector

If your degree is recognized by the university to which you intend to apply for B.ed, you can apply. So check with the University academic section, if your degree is approved. Please check if your degree comes within the purview of courses given in page 98-99 of the document at https://keralauniversity.ac.in/downloads/regulations_2014_new_16.pdf which give s some courses of other universities recognized by Kerala university
