Except for a notice at http://www.dtekerala.gov.in/index.php/en/extensions/circulars there is no information on the vacancies for Spot allotment. Contact office of the CEE for details. This points to the sorry state of affairs related to allotments in the state where students are unable to get the required information
Currently, i joined pms dental college and waiting for keam second allotment.can l attend spot admission after conforming the alloted college.

It depends on the institute you are looking for. For National University admissions, CLAT is necessary. But if you are looking for Kerala LLB admissions, through CEE allotments, Kerala LLB entranced is needed. In Kerala, CUSAT, MG University also have entrance examinations for Integrated LLB Admissions. Universities outside the state also conduct entrance Examinations. National Law University Law Entrance (AILET) is one such. Private agencies also conduct law entrance tests.

According to that, BA (History, English, Tamil, Politics,Geography) (Correspondence Course), MADURAI KAMARAJ UNIVERSITY, MADURAI, is recognised as equivalent to BA degree in the corresponding subjects by Kerala University
So you can go fro Higher studies and jobs as usual for Kerala Graduates.
I have joined in a college for bad chemistry now I need to cancel my admission and need to apply for next year can I apply for degree next year
