Forensic Science is the scientific study of crimes. Naturally jobs will be with Investigating agenceis like the Police Department at the State and Central Government, CBI, Forensic laboratories, Private agencies engaged in crime investigation etc. There are job opportunities but those with some other degrees are also permitted to apply for such jobs, depending on the requirement,. After MCom and B Ed you can teach Commerce at Higher Secondary/Vocational Higher Secondary level after clearing SET. For College level NET is generally applicable. However, certain categories of students who have PhD taken after a cut-off date and publications are exempted from NET. See the UGC website for the latest Regulations.
With MBA, college level teaching is possible if you have the eligibility test in the concerned subject/PhD as specified above.

BCA can be seen as a basic degree in computer field. You can work in medium level jobs in this filed with this degree. You may be able to work as Computer Programmer, Computer Support Service Specialist, Systems Analyst, Systems Manager, Software Developer etc. You may run your own business. You may get jobs in Media, Print and Publishing Houses.
If you want to work in Supervisory levels, higher qualifications like MCA may be needed.

Vacancy will be notified on August 20. Your chances will depend on the number of candidates above your rank registering and attending the process. This cannot be predicted. So wait and see

Usually the universities have a provision for that. Private Registration is the option. You should have taken the degree in annual scheme. You can study for a different main subject and you can write the papers of the optional in one sitting after two years in one sitting. you are not required to appear for part I and Part II .
