You can apply for Agriculture Assistant post in Agriculture Department with Diploma in Agriculture/VHSE Agriculture. NEET is needed for admission to BSc Agriculture if applying through CEE Kerala. But you can also try for BSc Agriculture through 15% All India Quota after qualifying in the ICAR All India Entrance Examinations for UG Programs conducted by ICAR/NTA

You need to register for NEET and get qualified. When Medical Counselling Committee invites options for MBBS allotment. you will have to choose the AFMC option. If you are shortlisted, you can take part in the second stage selection done by AFMC. Details can be had from the AFMC Prospectus of 2020 available at https://afmc.nic.in/ADVT/G3InfoBrochureAFMCMBBS2020.pdf If you find place in the rank list based on round2 selection, you can be admitted to AFMC for MBBS. Once you complete the course you will be appointed as a Doctor in Armed forces Medical service.
