Sir, while going through the initial seat matrix published by ICAR on 10/09/2018, I noticed that the no of reserved seats for OBC category is nil in all the Kerala agricultural universities. Does this mean we have to change our status to general to acquire the seats. My overall rank is 10,246 and my category (OBC) rank is 4966. Do I stand a chance to get admission in Kerala Agriculture University at Vellanikkara?

There is OBC reservation for All India Quota only in Central Institutions. With your OBC reservation benefit, you can apply for Central Institutions using the OBC benefit. In institutions which do not have OBC reservation you will be considered only in General UR category. You can verify the chances of allotment at the link avalable at https://icarexam.net/Home.aspx

With Data sheet of Kerala, you will be not be considered for admissions in Karnatak and Tamil Nadu. If you have the eligibility for admissions in other state, you will have to satisfy their eligibility conditions and apply to the institutions there.

There is no difference between the two. There are some students who have a liking for National level institutions than State institutions. Other than that there is no difference in the Degree nawarded

You have to apply to the Management of the College concerned. or to the college concerned. LBS does not handle management quota admissions
