You have to check the position regarding eligibility from the academic section of one of the universities in kerala. If approved,, you can appear for these eligibility examinations and qualifying courses
I completed BCA from an affiliated college under Kannur university. Now I interested to joint in MCA. Which is best MCA lateral entry or MCA regular? Is there any difference in their value? If you can do a regular course, that would be always better. It may not make any difference, if you do lateral entry as far as a qualification is concerned. But in some selection processes, the authorities may have a different view on this aspect. Lateral entry is not a normal route that you take. It only permits one to join a course at through a different route. If you can join through the normal route, think of that.

After Plus two you can think of B Tech in marine engineering.Or else, take Mechanical at UG level and then shift to Marine after that, even with Mechanical, you can get Mariner elated jobs.

In normal case, you can apply for PG courses, unless the Notification specifically states that Distance students are not eligible. Universities in kerala- Kerala, MG, Calicut, Kannu- are the first options. Sanskrit University, CUSAT also admits students for PG courses. The number of Universities available is too many to be stated here. you can refer to the UGC website for the list of Universities. Also watch the admission notifications regularly.

Based on the number of positions available, Agriculture may have a greater chance. You can start as an Agriculture officer or a Scientist. Fisheries and Forestry are specialized areas and so the jobs will be in that area generally. Indian Forest Service is an option after Forestry. Or else range officer, forest Guard etc are some openings. Community Science is the new name for Home Science, Jobs can be in Hospitals, health care units, Fitness centres etc.
