If you have no reservations, the possibility of getting admission to MBBS with this rank in govt seat is very very dim.
I have 3113 in Kerala engineering entrance .What is the possibility of getting admission at model engineering college,Ernakulam for electronics and biomedical engineering in open merit seat.I have no reservations.

If miracle happens, you may get admission in the above mentioned course. Otherwise no hope.Pl. check last years's last rank details.

Yes, it is approved.
Are there short term courses [1 or 2 years] for a girl student after +2 commerce. Not in a position to go for degree, interested in accountancy. 68% of marks for +2 exam this year.

You have not mentioned your area of interest. Anyway, contact any of the LBS centeres where short term vocational courses with less fees are conducted.

The online option regn will be closed at 5pm on 20th. The first alottment will appear in the same website 8pm , the next day,ie; 21st July.
My parents' annual income is less than Rs.50,000 per year.I had submitted income certificate with the application form for the Engineering entrance exam. Now do I need to submit income certificate once again, in order to get fee concession or reservation in the economically backward quota?

If you have already submitted the income certificate, that is enough. No need to submit another one.
