I got admission for Engineering:Information Technology at IHRD Kallooppara in state merit.(Govt Fees) through online allotment.Should I be asked to remit the Interest Free Refundable Deposit.Or just Rs 6200.Can you please give me the fee details?

The amount to be remitted by you as fee is available in your Home Page in the site www.cee.kerala.gov.in The amount should be Rs.6200/- There is no interest free refundable deposit now.
I HAVE GOT THE FIRST ALLOTMENT FOR ADMISSION TO THE ENGINEERING COURSE IN KERALA THROUGH OPTION REGISTRATION. BUT I AM NOT INTERESTED IN JOINING THE RESPECTIVE COURSE THAT I HAVE GOT. CAN I CANCEL THE GIVEN ALLOTMENT AND REGISTER NEW OPTIONS.

If you have got an allotment as per the options registered by you and if you do not remit the fee on or before 6th September, you will lose your allotment as well as all the claims in the stream. If you remit the fee and do not join the allotted college within the stipulated time, then also you will lose the allotment and also the claims in that stream. There is no provision to cancel this allotment and register new options.
My state rank in engineering state entrance exam is 204.Is there any chance of geting EC in CET, Trivandrum in the second allotment?

The last rank allotted this course in CET in the first round is 202. You have a very good chance to get this course in the second round subject to other eligibility conditions.
My rank in CEE is 1054 and I would like to join for M.B.B.S. I also happen to come under MUSLIM reservation.My rank in KPMCMA is 95 and I have been allotted a seat in Amala Medical College,the last date of admission being 4th of Sept.Should I wait for the 2nd govt allotment or join in the self finance seat?

The second allotment by CEE will be announced only by 18th September. Allotment by KPMCMA and CEE are entirely different. The rules and regulations for the two are also different. You have to examine the rules and regulations of each and take a decision.

My engg: rank in keam is 1783 .I've got EE in TRV.Will I get EC in TRV in 2nd allotment?. I have no reservation.I have asked this because last rank for EC in TRV last year was 1224 but in TRV's website cutoff rank for EC for merit was 1996.

Is there any chance for me to get a better college in the 2nd allotment ? Now I got allottment for the college which I opt 18th. I will be joining on 10th and also in the hostel, will there be any problem or loss if I leave this college after getting a better one?

The information provided by you is not sufficient enough to answer your question. Generally some changes upwards take place in the second round of allotment. The last ranks of Options numbered from 1 to 17 in your list may be examined from the Last rank details to assess your chances of movement to a higher option. The fee paid by you now will be adjusted in future allotments.

What all documents I should take to remit the money in the bank ? The caution deposit I should remit at the bank or at the college?

You may carry your Admit Card of the Entrance Examination and also the Allotment slip that you can print from your home page with you when you go to the bank for remitting the fee. If your allotment is to a Government/Aided/Government Supported Self-financing College (Govt quota), the amount to be remitted includes the Caution Deposit also. But if you are allotted to a Management seat in a Government Supported Self-financing College or to a Government seat in a Private self-financing College, the amount to be remitted in the bank does not include Caution Deposit. You will have to remit this in the College at the time of admission.

You can reshuffle the remaining options now available in your home page between 7th and 13th of September.
I have secured admission for CS at IHRD college of engineering at Karunagapally. Some of my friends feel that IHRD colleges are not good and do not offer campus selection.Can you guide me ?

Model Engineering College, Ernakulam, College of Engineering, Chengannur etc are colleges run by IHRD. The last candidate who got allotment to CS in these two colleges under State Merit has rank 1273 and 3290 respectively. For EC, they are 865 and 2342 respectively.
So you can yourself decide whether colleges under IHRD are preferred or not by candidates.
If you make yourself employable as per the needs of the industry, you will get a placement irrespective of the college you study.
