You have to wait and see. Since no official announcement has come out so far stating that the admissions for 2007-08 have been closed (except for MBBS/BDS), there is a chance for a third allotment at least to some types of colleges.

The facility will be activated only when the next round of option cancellation/rearrangement is announced by the CEE. You have to go to your home page in the site www.cee.kerala.gov.in and cancel the options by entering the number '0' against those options you wish to cancel and updating the entry.

If the last rank position is an indication of the preferece of students for a college, TKM is preferred to MDL by candidates. TKM is one of the oldest Aided Engineering Colleges in Kerala. It is for you to decide the better college because, the line of thinking can differ from individual to individual.

Third allotment had been announced only for MBBS/BDS in Government/Govt Supported Medical/Dental Colleges. The time for rearrangement of options for that ended on 26th September . Candidates with BH reservation having ranks around 25000 have got allotments to some courses in some Private Self- financing Colleges. For example, for AE, the last candidate allotted under BH in Private Self- financing College is having rank 30426. For BT it is 27792. It seems you have given only limited number of options. This might be a reason for your not getting an allotment. The fee applicable to Govt seats in these colleges as of now is Rs 38,700. It is not known whether there will be a third allotment to these colleges. If you get allotment, as an OE candidate you are eligible for fee concession provided your claim under OE has been admitted by the CEE based on the documents submitted by you.
I have joined a self financing college following the 2nd allotment. Can I cancel the admission and obtain my certificates back without forfeiting the fees? Will there be a third allotment for the engineering stream?
