There is no KEAM Entrance for Medical Courses. You have to apply for NEET now. In January/Febraury, 2019, Commissioner for Entrance Examinations will invite applications for admission to Medical courses. Then you have to apply base don this. After NEET results are declared you will have to approve your NEET score through the CEE website. Notifications for all these will come in CEE website, www.cee-kerala.org and www.cee.kerala.gov.in Keep watching

For JIPMER MBBS, there are seats for MBBS for OCI category. OCI registered under section 7A of Citizenship Act 1955 are eligible to appear for MBBS entrance test for the 6 seats available and all terms and conditions applicable for Indian Nationals will be applicable to them. The candidate has to submit proof of Registration as OCI under section 7A of Citizenship Act 1955 along with the application to be eligible to appear for this test.
Certificate of registration as OCI issued by the Competent Authority should be produced at the time of admission.
NRI / OCIs would be considered for admission ONLY against the unreserved category in the event of them NOT submitting their application under Self Financing Scheme.
At AIIMS, there are seats only for Foreign Nationals. No seats are reserved for OCI in 2018
There is no MBBS Courses at PGIMER Chandigarh

As of now admissions to B Sc Nursing in Kerala is not based on NEET Examination. It is based on Plus 2 marks. Some other institutions outside the state conduct entrance examinations for admission to B Sc Nursing (like AIIMS, JIPMER, Military Nursing service etc)
Is the 'state of eligibility' for applying neet 2019, the home state of the student?
