I have got admission to BDS in self financing and remitted the indicated fees in Canara Bank. After getting admission I had taken a fees estimate certificate from the college and given it to Federal Bank. Now they are saying that since I had paid the first instalment of fees, it will not be given by the Bank. They will give the fee only for the remaining years. Will I not be able to get the first year fees from the bank?

Try to convince the Bank authorities that the first year fee had to be remitted to get admission and that application for bank loan could be given only after taking admission. If the Bank branch does not accept this argument, represent to the higher offices of the branch to redress your grievence which is genuine.
