I want to know if I can attend my degree(private registration)final year exam here (in KSA. I appeared for first year and second year exam.Now I want to appear for the final year exam. Is it possible from here?(Calicut University)

In case, there is a centre at KSA for the examination you have to take, you can attend the examination at KSA. It has to be stated in the Application form you submit for the examination. If the Universtiy does not have an examination centre there, it will not be possible for you to attend the examination at KSA.
I would like to know about all the courses, i.e, B.Tech, M.Tech , BA ,etc.. which I would like to take for proffessional studies. I am a +1 student and I have chosen science+computer field, because I like computer very much. I also like space & technology. I would like to have a proper guidance now itself, about the various courses and its popularity. Please consider about my request.

What a question is this Anu? You want to know about BTech and MTech simultaneously ! And even at plus one you dont know what BA is ! Be precise giving sufficient details while asking doubts. OK ?

Any person with age 18 years as on 1st July with no formal qualifications and passing the entrance test (3 papers (i) English (ii) Malayalam or Hindi and (iii) one of the papers-History/Economics/Commerce/Political Science is eligible to join the BA course under the Open University stream in an year. The Notification can be expected in April/May/June. Admission is open to Indian citizens residing in India and abroad. Contact programmes and exams are, , conducted in Kerala State/Gulf Centres. Is there a chance for a third allotment for BEd ?

It has been clarified by the Office of the Commissioner that the allotment announced on 22.11.2007 is the final allotment for B.Ed 2007. So as of now, there is no possibilty of a third allotment.
I registered for studying for B.Com in Calicut University in 2004-05. But due to personal reasons, I could only write 1st year and 2nd year exams. kindly advise me whether I can complete B.Com

It is not clear whether you are a regular student or not. Anyway you may contact the Institution where you have registered for the course or tha Academic Section of Calicut Universtiy to know about the steps to be taken so that the course can be completed.

what is the prospect of sound engineering and where is it available for a physics graduate

Sound engineering is a prospective course indeed. In a world of sound and music like ours why should you doubt about its scope? Cinema , TV, Radio ... all provide sufficient scope. Actually what is felt in the field is the shortage of 'good ' sound recordists. Famous institutions which offer courses in sound recording are Pune Film and Television Institute, Madras Film Institute at Adayar, Satyajit Rai Film and Television Institute, Kolkotta. Besides these, there are a number of private institutes which conduct courses in sound engg. The basic qualification for admission is normally a plus2 with science subjects. OK ?
I am currently studying(+2,PCMC) in the gulf and would like to know about NRI quota for institutions in india like IIT or NIT.

The JEE Prospectus for 2008 does not show any reservation for NRIs in IITs. There are NRI seats in NITs. You can get some information on this in the link http://www.nitc.ac.in/nitc/admission/Rank_list_NRI_2007.pdf
