As per reports, the animation industry in India is registering an annaul growth rate of 30%. It is also reported that about 2 lakh job ooportunities will be created in this field by 2010. So there is enogh scope for animation provided you are employable- meeting the requirements of the employer.
I passed the departmental test last year.ie 4 papers in higher 3 papers in lower. How can i apply for the certificate? how much i have to pay for the certificate?

The website of the PSC gives the details. Candidates who pass the Departmental Test for various subjects will be issued certificates from the Departmental Test Wing. Certificates will be issued only for a test and not for individual papers when passed. Candidates who pass the test have to submit their application for the certificates in the prescribed form along with the original admission ticket issued from the Commission’s Office. Only one application is enough for more than one test/certificate. The fees prescribed for a certificate is Rs.50/-. The amount has to be remitted into the Treasury under the Head of Account '0051 PSC 105 State PSC 99 other receipts' and the original chalan receipt has to be enclosed along with the application from. I have completed my Diploma in Mech.Eng from Tamilnadu.Now I am working with ESSAR group in Automotive sector. Eligibility for appearing for Civil Services (Preliminary) is a Degree of a recognised University or equivalent. Detials are available in the link http://upsc.gov.in/exams/

Any person with age 18 years as on 1st July with no formal qualifications and passing the entrance test (3 papers (i) English (ii) Malayalam or Hindi and (iii) one of the papers-History/Economics/Commerce/Political Science is eligible to join the BA course under the Open University stream in an year under the School of Distance Education, Calicut University. . The Notification can be expected in April/May/June. Admission is open to Indian citizens residing in India and abroad. Contact programmes and exams are, conducted in Kerala State/Gulf Centres. For obtaining Degree Certificate (1 st degree) compulsory social service certificate should be enclosed with the application for Degree certificate. NSS volunteers are exempted from the compulsory social service programme.It is understood that there is no exemption from this for others. You may contact the academic section of the Universtiy for mor details.
Please tell me about L L M distance education courses in India. Also state whether they are recoganised by UGC
