Narayanankutty, Cusat entrance notification is yet to come. From the interview with the new VC you should have got an idea about the entrance. The syndicate decision is to maintain the status quo. OK ?

A Private Pilot’s Licence can be obtained after acquiring the necessary flying experience at one of the Flying clubs in India. The recognition of courses are done by the Universities in the State. You have to get the status of recognition of the course you have undergone by getting an eligibility/equivalency certificate from a University in the state.

I am a electronics and communication student in LBS Engineering college, Kasaragode. Now I would like to change my B.Tech branch. That is from EC from LBSCE to Mechanical Engineering in Kannur Govt Engineering college. The interchanging of B-Tech branch in Kannur unniversity is possible or not.

College change is generally given in the third semester (Second Year). Based on vacancy available, the University generally invites applications from eligible candidates. Generally, changes are given only to similar type of colleges and also to the same branch. You are in a Self-financing College and you wish to change to a Government College that too to a different branch. This may not be possible on two grounds-one because the 'TYPE' of college differs and second, the 'BRANCH' also differs. Anyhow, contact the Academic section of Kannur University and ascertain the position.

There is no short-cut for passing any Entrance Examination. Systematic preparation and hard work will make your task easy-but it is not a short-cut. Try to get old question papers and work on it. If possible try to get in touch with students already admitted there for the course and hear from them, the preparations they made for the entrance etc. Anyway you may visit the site of the Department at http://www.econdse.org/ and get some idea about the course and the selection process.

Sir,
I have sent application for KEAM.I have taken the photostats of the application.In the photostats I noticed that I missed to sign in the declaration in the main application form(light blue sheet)but I signed in O.M.R sheet. What can I do? Will they reject my application? I am much worried.

If one signature is there , your application need not be "rejected". But this is not a clarification from the CEE and hence pl. try to contact the office of CEE over phone and ensure it. In no case your application will be rejected, but if you contact them they will give you the solution. OK? Don't be panic and work hard to score maximum marks in board exam as well as to get a high rank in the entrance test. Wish you all the best !
