After plus two in order to get admission for undergraduate programmes in USA you need to write TOEFL and SAT examination. Based on the scores in the above mentioned examinations you can join for the under graduate Busines Administration programme. After getting admission you can try for assistantship/scholarship to support your studies. Another option is to take BBA from India and join for one year MBA programme in UK or 18 months MBA programme in USA.

There is a provision for Inter-College Transfer during the second year subject to availability of seats and the consent of the Colleges concernd and the Universitiy. The transfer if sanctioned by the Universtiy will not cause any problems for you. You will have to pay the usual fee only. Anyhow, contact the colleges concerned for ascertaining the vacancy and also the University.
