Taking into consideration the seats available, you can assess your chances. But that should not be a reason for not attending the counselling since you can keep your chances live only if you attend.
I got 75% in the plus two examination.is it good to go for mbbs by management?which course will betterfor me.

The course you take up depends on so many factors. The marks at Plus two level is only one among the many factors that decide your chances. Try to make a self- assessment and take a decision accordingly.

You can get employment in Private and government sectors as a consultant, researcher, surveyor or get into exploration work. Companies such as the ONGC recruit geologists regularly. You can write Geologists' Examination of UPSC and get employment in Geoloigical Survey of India, Central Ground Water Board etc.

The course you select for higher studies depends on your taste. If you can take up medical courses such as Nurisng or MLT or Pharamcy there are enough job opportunities. Or else you can take up Diploma courses in Pharmacy/Nursing/Lab Techonolgy etc. availabel for Plus Two students. BSc courses are also available. Think over it and take a decision.

Selection process will depend on the Institute you apply.
whether there any difference between BTECH courses and engineering course? what is the difference between Btech courses under CUSAT and the engineering courses under kerala entrance?

Both are Engineerign Degrees. Both are the same except that Degree is awarded by two Unversities. There might be minor variations in syllabus also

I have appeared for Kerala Entrance Exam for Engg 2008. Unless I get a merit seat (Govt Seat), I would like to repeat the Entrance Exam in 2009.

First of all wait for the result and take a decision on repeating. Remember that if you repeat the examination, thousands of students who join the B.Tech course in 2008 all over India would be ahead of you by the time you complete the course after joining in 2009. Moreover, what is the guarantee that you will get a better rank in 2009 particularly when you are going to do some other course simultaneously? So think over this and take a decision,There are so many courses you can do. It depends on your requirements.
