The MBBS course of Yenepoya Medical College, Mangalore started in 1999 is recognised by the Medical Council of India.

It cannot be correct. In fact there is going to be a shortage of doctors in coming years. You can practice with an MBBS or get employment in Hospitals/Colleges under Private and Government Sector. But if you are looking for a better palcement, you may have to do PG and SuperSpeciality courses since this is an era of specialisation.
Is there any chance to get a seat in any other medical colleges by writing aiims entrance exam?

If you are referring to the MBBS entrance conducted by AIIMS, it is exclusively for admission to AIIMS, New Delhi
My son passed plus two with 59% marks, he has taken commerce with computer application, we at present are staying at Trivandrum, he would like to take BBA/BBM. Can you please inform the institutions which offer these courses in Trivandrum please

BBA is offred at University Institute of Technology, University of Kerala at 3 of their centres at (i) Blue Fort Building, Aralummoodu, Neyyattinakara, Trivandrum (ii) Pattom Thanu Pilla U.P. School Campus Kuravankonam, Thiruvananthapuram (iii) Govt. Higher Secondary School Campus Pirappancode, Thiruvananthapuram

It is the single-window system of admission. Earlier, applicants seeking admission to the Higher Secondary Courses were required to give seperate application forms to each higher secondary school in a district. As per the single-window-system, a candidate need give only one application showing in it, his/her priority of institutions and courses in that district. The applicant will be considered for admission to all these options as per the eligibility.

It is a course related to Computer Applications, that you can take up, after Plus Two stage. You can go for MCA after that. The study relates to Computers and their applications.

You have to decide this taking into consideration so many factors including the financial part. If you can fare well, it will not be a bad choice.
When i checked the answer key of kerala engineering entrance 2008 i found there is only one mark for me, Is there any chance in comming my name on rank list

If you do not get 10 marks in each paper of Engineering Entrance, you will not come in the r ank list unless you are under SC/ST category.
is repeating for engineering a good task , inorder to improve the rank ?

Since thousands of Engineering graduates come out every year and as there is no guarantee of getting a better rank, it may not be worth repeating the entrance. But then you have to decide.
