Sir.... I have scored 84% in my 12th exams and have scored 6362 rank in Kerala engineering entrance. I prefer to take ECE. Can u tell me whether i wil get a free seat in any govt. or self financing college and if not what will be the fees in these colleges. I belong to General category. If the trends of 2007 continues this year, you have a chance to a get a seat for EC in one of the Govt Supported Self- financing Colleges. Fee structure is to be announced. LAst year, 50% seats in these colleges had Government fee.
What rank should i get in CUSAT examination for getting admission for marine engineering course? I'm belonging to general category and have no reservations.

Do not go for finding a rank to be achieved because rank of an individual depends mainly on the performance of others although one's performance in also vital. You cannot target your studies to get a 'first' rank. You target your studies so as to get high marks. For getting Marine Engg , you may have to find position at the top of the list. All the best.
i've got 11561th rank in KEAM. I've no reservations. When I checked last rank 2007, it was found that 10864th rank had got admission for ME in SCMS cochin. Can I expect admission there in this year?

Slight variations can come either way in the last ranks.
My son has Rank 1940 in Kerala medical and 95% marks in subjects CBSE (Phy:,Chem:,&Bio:).What is the chance of getting admission for MBBS course in any of the Meical colleges in Kerala, either in the Govt: Quota OR even in the Management quota.Kindly reply.

The last rank admitted for MBBS in Government Medical Colleges under SM in 2007 was 552 and in SM under Government Quota in Priavte SF Colleges, 1264. Regarding Management seats, you have to apply to the concerend Management.
Sir I got 14888 rank in eng KEAM. I would like to know whether I will get an admission in SCMS , Nehru College or VAS for mechanical engineering.

As per last ranks of 2007, you have a chance to get in VAS.
Kindly inform regarding the difference in quality of training,at the different agricultural colleges in Kerala & the available opportunities for( 1). higher education,(2)job opportunities for the next 5 years after the completion of BSc.AgriculturalSciences in Kerala.

To get a first hand information of the facilities, it is better to meet the students studying in these colleges, interact with them, visit the college, talk to the faculty etc. You have sufficient higher education facilities after B.Sc Agriculture including M.Sc Agriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, Agri. Economics, Wildlife, Wood Sci. & Tech. etc. Job propsects after 5 years cannot be predicted now. However, there would be prospects for employment for Agriculture studetns always.
My daughter got 28800 Rank in KEAM let she have any chance to get any Seat for Engg in aided college in muslim quotta?

First of all do not get upset. You have a good rank in Medical which will enable you to get a seat in a SF Dental College or for BAMS in a Govt/Aided College (based on Ayurveda rank), if trends of 2007 continue in 2008 also.
I have passed +2 with 88% (CBSE). Ihave the rank 4384 in Keam. Which course is suitable for me and what are my chances of getting admissions in Govt. College?

You have not specified whether you are in the Engg list or Medical list.
i finished my +2 with 55% agrrigate to PCM but maths 45%..don't know what to do next please help...am in trouble make a quick and detailed reply

You can attempt the SAY examination to improve marks in Mathematics. Contact the school where you did the qualifying course.
