If you like CE and if you become eligible for admissions at TKM you must take admission there. Campus recruitment is something that comes three to four years later. Being an old college, campus placements will be there at TKM.

You can study in Polytechnics subject to the eligibility conditions. Details are given in this portal at
http://www.mb4education.com/php/news_events_details.php?nid=3919&slinkid=2 It is a three-year course generally undertaken after Class Ten. If you are interested in joining Engineering course, you can directly join the B.Tech course now. The Poly course gives you a Diploma in the concerned stream on completion of the course. You can earn a job even with a Diploma. After completing Diploma you can join BTech through the lateral entry scheme also.

Hope you have a Keralite status. The three branches you have referred to are entirely different in contents. So the basic thing you have to decide is whether you want to study in a specified course or in a reputed college. If your interest is in a branch, order the three according to your priority. But if you are interested in a college, order the two colleges as per your preferences. NIT and CET are equally good as far as reputation and palcements are concerned. But CH branch is not available at CET and hence the palcement records of this branch cannot be examined. More candidates now a days prefer EC to CE or CH. The avenues in CH field will be limited as compared to EC and CE since CH is a specilaised branch of study. It does not mean that you would not get a job if you go for CH. Even those with CE now land up ion the filed of IT even though there are plenty of opportunities in the field of Civil Engg. This forum is only for guiding the students by looking at an issue from various aspects. It cannot take a decision for another person. The decision has to be taken by you. OK? All the best.
sir wat is the placement in SF colleges like SSET and FISAT

You have to contact the colleges concerned or students of the college to get a clear picture on it. Campus recruitment is not the only way of getting placements. Placements are not a problem these days since there are agencies that recruit students for companies. If you register there, you would be informed of the recruitments.

CUSAT does not admit candidates based on AIEEE rank. You have to take CAT conducted by CUSAT for getting admission in CUSAT. The time for applying for 2008 admissions is over. If you have applied, you have to take the test on 15th June 2008. For admissions based on AIEEE, you can take part in the counselling commencing on 16th June. NIT calicut admits students through rank in AIEEE. Visit
www.ccb.nic.in for details of counselling.

KEAM is for admission to Professional Degree Courses. If you want to do a course in Psychology, you should join a Degree Course in Psychology in an Arts & Science College.
